3. Purpose of Data Usage

The data collected through this application will be used for:

• Supporting the data collection and updating of PBB databases;
• Verifying and validating taxpayer information by Bapenda officials;
• Analyzing and improving public service quality related to regional taxation;
• Developing GIS-based digital mapping of taxable objects.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information and strive to use commercially reasonable measures to protect it. All data is securely stored on servers owned by the Government of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency and is accessible only to authorized personnel. However, please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Access Permissions

The PBB Survey Application may request permission to access certain device features:

• Location (GPS): used to determine accurate land or building coordinates.
• Camera: used to capture photos of surveyed properties.
• Gallery / Storage: used to upload existing photos or supporting documents from the device’s storage related to survey objects.

These permissions are used strictly for survey purposes and not for any other activity.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share personal or survey data with third parties except:

• When required by applicable laws and regulations;
• For internal government audits and performance evaluations, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
